The names of the MDA’s reflect the various revenue heads under them. You can easily know the MDA to pay for using the MDA name and revenue type you’re paying for. Also for reference and confirmation purposes MDA codes are displayed on the selection of an MDA.

To search for your TIN, you can use your name, phone number, and email address.
Payment TIN is restricted to selected MDAs whose payment does not necessarily require a TIN.
You must select the MDA, revenue head, and payment method to pay. Also, the payer's name, email, and phone number are required for a successful payment.
You have several payment options and feel free to use any at your convenience. Imopay offers you two payment options which are:
Payment by Bank: an invoice will be created for you, which you can take to any bank for processing and payment. Please note that, all you need for bank payment is your Invoice Reference, which will be sent to your phone number immediately after processing.
Payment by Virtual Account: Dynamic Account Payments for one-time transactions
Payment by ATM Card: you can use any of the three options:
Master Card: You will be redirected to the card processor's platform to process your payment using your ATM card.
VISA Card: You will be redirected to the card processor's platform to process your payment using your ATM card.
Verve Card: You will be redirected to the card processor's platform to process your payment using your ATM card.
When your online payment fails, the process will be rolled back. Your account will not be debited. In a case where your account is debited twice, contact the help assistance.
To confirm your payment, an sms/email will be sent to you upon confirmation. You can verify the payment made through the receipt.
Yes, you can forward your payment reference number or QR code to a third party anywhere to process payment on your behalf.
There are absolutely No hidden charges whenever you carry out any transaction on the platform.
YES, if the complaint was made within 48 hours of payment.
